Uneasiness

Suddenly the mind takes over,
A moist feeling slithering through the rounded bone, a tingle all throughout,
raised hairs, chicken skin, out of breath
And you can almost see it,

but almost –
latent, for a second blatant,

Then it goes away leaving you in awe, confused, angry, anxious, in awe.
And then it’s gone again, and again comes again.
Bitter, sour taste, out’ta breath, sad state, calm face.
And it almost makes you sick again,

but almost –
latent, for a second blatant,

And it start to beat away, leaving nothing to gain, no words, nothing to explain.
Relief because it’s gone, fear because it’s gone, relief is gone and fear takes a hold,
Dry mouth, nauseous, sick as a dog, shivers,
And it’s almost gone,

but almost –
latent, for a second blatant,

By now you forgot, lost your train of thought, of what? Don’t know
Confused healing of emotions, of contradicting morals, deep breath
Weight off, clear throat, cold fresh sweat, deep breath again
And it almost comes to stay,

but almost
latent, for a second blatant,

Suddenly the mind takes over,
Latent, for a second, but it’s gone.
Blatantly done,
Gone.
